FAQ
If I only pay the deposit now, when is the rest due?
You will receive communication from the IYM Team of the payment plan. All orders will need to be paid in full by May 15th.
When will we see a schedule of the trip?
The lodging information should be released by end of December, early January. Once lodging has been secured, we will be able to release a schedule outline with other details filled in as we get closer to NAYC.
If all spots fill up, will more be added?
We are currently limited to 115 spots on the District Bus. If we sell the 115 seats, we will then have a waiting list to help us to determine if we need to schedule a 3rd bus. Please register early!
Will youth groups stay together in rooms?
We will try to have youth groups stay with their own youth groups as much as possible. There might be some crossover depending on numbers, etc.
Do we all eat at the same restaurants?
Wednesday: Youth groups will be on their own for restaurants within walking distance.
Thursday: We will provide an opportunity to have a meal together. Friday: Will try and go to a food court/mall area.
For evenings - we will try to secure a room at the hotel and serve food after church.
*ALL PLANS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON AVAILABILITY
Does my ticket include registration to NAYC?
No. Each group is responsible for purchasing their own registration.
Who are the chaperones?
Each church will provide their own chaperones. If there is a student from a church who does not have a chaperone, please try and connect them with another church. If you are unable to connect with a church, they will be assigned a youth group to be a part of.
